📋 Description

• Ensure the company's compliance with all GAAP and SEC rules and regulations • Prepare and review SEC filings, including the annual report, 10-Q, 10-K, and registration statements • Prepare and review reporting and presentations for Senior Management • Report to Management and the Board of Directors through presentations • Conduct technical accounting research and provide support • Develop staff • Complete ad hoc presentations and/or analysis requested by senior management • Directly supervise work activities of others, including selection, termination, performance appraisal, and professional development of subordinates • Travel overnight less than 10% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field • Minimum 6 years of work experience • CPA required • Big 4 Public Accounting Experience Required • Experience in Financial Reporting with a large public company • Experience with multi-division, multi-national companies • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
