• Design, validate, and manage enterprise-level selection and development assessments • Conduct job, skill, and competency analyses and apply advanced statistical methods • Provide guidance and support to team members • Plan and manage assessment programs and project timelines • Partner with business and HR leaders to shape talent initiatives and assessment priorities • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners, providing guidance on selection, assessment, measurement, evaluation, leadership, change management, and metrics.
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Applied Psychology or related field • 5+ years’ work experience in the areas of selection and assessment, organizational development, and change management • Strong grounding in I-O Psychology and Organizational Behavior, with working knowledge of advanced statistics, statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R), and Excel.
