📋 Description

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments accurately and efficiently • Perform in-home measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships • Support sales, product inquiries, and installation coordination • Ask customers open-ended questions and identify project and product needs • Explain merchandise features, benefits, and project steps • Answer customer questions using product and services knowledge • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned work • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules • Travel between locations and provide support to company locations as needed • Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager • Achieve customer service, measurement accuracy, timeliness, and sales productivity goals

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable transportation • High school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • Must continuously stand or walk • Regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment weighing 8–20 pounds • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedule • No previous leadership experience required
