📋 Description

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately • Provide quality professional customer service meeting or exceeding company standards and customer expectations • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily • Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination • Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and quote presentation • Travel primarily to appointments within a predefined geographical area and provide services support to company locations as needed • Use company-issued devices • Achieve customer service, measure accuracy and timeliness, and sales productivity goals • Ask customers open-ended questions and listen to project and product needs • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps • Demonstrate product and service knowledge and identify opportunities for other service programs • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned work • Follow policies, procedures, and work schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable Transportation • Knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED • 1+ years of previous related work experience • No previous leadership experience required • Travel between locations required • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds)
