📋 Description

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately • Perform in-home measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation • Provide professional customer service and maintain customer relationships • Support sales, product inquiries, and installation coordination • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other service programs • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned work • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedule • Travel between locations and provide support to company locations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Reliable transportation • High school diploma and/or GED knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through completion • 1+ years of previous related work experience • No previous leadership experience required • Must continuously stand or walk, or regularly lift/handle/carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds) • Travel between locations required • Must use company-issued devices
