📋 Description

• Create a high-performing selling culture through store connectivity, team development and coaching, Sales Consultant staffing, and world-class customer service • Lead a team of commissioned Sales Consultants selling Home Depot Installation Services product lines in customers' homes • Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates • Update and train store partners on HDIS product offerings • Drive lead-generation efforts in stores through the sales team • Manage Sales Consultants throughout hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and retention • Lead the assigned territory's sales team to achieve sales targets • Understand, analyze, and prioritize business metrics, scorecards, and KPIs • Implement action plans to improve performance • Respond to escalated customer inquiries and concerns • Leverage relationships with Installation partners • Monitor reports to ensure customer projects move efficiently through the job process • Maintain accountability for Voice of the Customer scores and feedback • Optimize diverse talent through commitment to equal employment opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • Minimum 3 years of work experience • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing effective sales teams, including hiring, onboarding, performance accountability, and retention • Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a high-performance selling culture that consistently delivers to sales targets and customer experience standards • Requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time • Requires intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment • Must be able to work in conditions involving possible exposure to dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights
