📋 Description

• Establish short- and long-term learning strategies to increase associate competence and confidence • Define and routinely validate learning needs for targeted audiences using a learner-centric approach • Review job requirements, experience learner environments, connect with learners and leaders, evaluate key metrics, and partner with the business to identify needs • Develop content area strategies and recommend learning solutions to business partners • Collaborate with Learning Design & Development, Technology, and Delivery teams to determine effective learning solutions • Create learning plans for assigned job roles based on learner needs • Validate content area recommendations and ensure execution of learning plans • Determine and maintain the effectiveness of content areas and learning plans • Keep business partners informed, influence decisions, address difficult issues, and gain stakeholder buy-in • Report to the Director Learning and oversee 0–4 direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • At least 7 years prior experience in related field (Training and Development, Leadership & Organizational development, Human Resources) and/or THD field experience (preferred) • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • Minimum 2 years of work experience
