📋 Description

• Craft end-to-end user experiences and identify customer needs • Use design thinking techniques to drive ideation and alignment • Create paper prototypes and conduct quick user experiments • Balance user needs with business strategy to create effective products • Collaborate with users to build more effective and efficient experiences • Apply research and evaluative approaches to iteratively improve products • Combine user research outputs with partner OKRs to deliver experience vision and drive alignment • Identify additional value across an experience domain • Lead stakeholder meetings to drive product alignment • Partner with Product, Development, and UX resources • Drive product changes to better align with user needs or organizational goals • Refer outside talent • Coach junior UX resources and mentor apprentices • Advocate for design-centered thinking within the product • Provide UX design artifacts and test product usability • Lead data collection and synthesis • Report to the User Experience Manager; manage 0 direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Minimum education: bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a related field • Minimum 4 years of work experience • 5–7 years of UX experience in an enterprise or retail environment, or a degree in a related field • 5–7 years of experience working with agile software development teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment • Ability to initiate and self-manage complex projects • UX design, interaction design, and visual design experience • Awareness of research best practices and evaluative approaches • Ability to collaborate with researchers, designers, engineers, analysts, and product managers • No certifications required
