📋 Description

• Lead a team of 10 engineers across four foundational systems. • Manage ~180 repos across high-scale enterprise platforms. • Drive delivery on multiple Top 40 initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable delivery. • Champion AI-forward engineering as a core team practice. • Drive continuous improvement in observability instrumentation, monitoring and alerting, platform resiliency, and cloud cost optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Mastery of an object oriented programming language (preferably Java) • Engineering leadership experience with Java, Spring Boot, GCP, Cassandra, cloud cost optimizations and distributed search platforms (Solr/elastic/mongo) • Experience managing large-scale foundational customer platform portfolios with AI-PDLC • Strong people leadership with experience managing 10+ direct reports • Proven capacity planning and quarterly commitment management in collaboration with Product teams and Principals • Hands-on AI-forward leader with experience in GitHub Copilot, Gemini Enterprise, and Claude, driving AI adoption as a measurable engineering metric including AI coding usage, PR cycle time, and balanced team insights through Code Climate velocity metrics • Comfortable with agentic workflows, MCP integrations, and responsible AI governance at enterprise scale.
