📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers building and designing customer- and associate-focused products. • Create, deploy, maintain, and support production applications. • Assist with product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring. • Contribute reusable foundational code elements, architectural diagrams, and product-related documentation. • Develop test suites, including functional and destructive tests, to enable rapid production deployment. • Work with the Product Team to ensure user stories are developer-ready, understandable, and testable. • Collaborate with team members in agile processes. • Field questions from product and engineering teams. • Guide and develop junior engineers through modern software development frameworks and technical discussions. • Identify team gaps and suggest changes to improve productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • 3 years of relevant work experience required. • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. • Extensive experience with front end technology such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript/Typescript frameworks. • Experience with an object-oriented programming language, preferably Java. • Experience with relational or NoSQL database technology. • Experience with cloud computing techniques. • Experience with CI/CD tools and modern software design patterns. • Experience in effective data modeling with both relational and NoSQL databases. • Experience with security frameworks for user and services authorization and authentication. • Experience creating and executing unit, functional, destructive, and performance tests. • Experience with modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques. • Experience with version control systems. • Experience designing systems for high availability, disaster recovery, performance, efficiency, and security. • Exposure to developing technical roadmaps, including work estimation, refactoring, and modernizing legacy systems. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption of tools, processes, or platforms across multiple teams. • Familiarity with AI-driven development, automation, or intelligent systems that improve engineering productivity, testing, and operational efficiency. • Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts, influence engineering teams, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership.
