• Own the Salesforce instance end to end as its technical owner • Manage declarative configuration, permission sets, profiles, page layouts, record types, sharing rules, sandbox strategy, and release management • Maintain, document, stabilize, and improve existing Flows, validation rules, assignment logic, and approval processes • Identify workflow friction, improve data quality, reduce clicks, and implement system enhancements • Design Salesforce data models, opportunity architecture, product catalog, and pipeline structure for multi-product go-to-market operations • Support cross-sell, upsell, product-level revenue reporting, bundling, and renewals • Maintain and improve Salesforce integrations with Snowflake, Gong, and other go-to-market and billing systems • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecasting views for leadership, Sales, and Customer Success • Gather requirements directly from Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and leadership • Own user management, onboarding, data hygiene standards, documentation, change control, and end-user training • Evaluate, implement, and rationalize third-party tools and AppExchange applications • Report to the Senior Director of Operations
• 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience • Primary ownership of at least one production Salesforce org • Experience across multiple companies’ Salesforce instances • Deep declarative expertise with Flow, validation rules, formula fields, dynamic forms, approval processes, permission sets, sharing architecture, and complex data modeling • Ability to read, debug, and reason about Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components • Advanced Salesforce reporting, data loading, and migration experience • Experience owning or heavily supporting Salesforce integrations with data warehouses, conversation intelligence tooling, marketing automation, or billing systems • Salesforce Administrator certification required • Professional English fluency, written and verbal • Demonstrated autonomy and ability to drive change independently • Ability to remain stationary for long periods while working on a computer • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites or conferences and attend a minimum amount of client events per year
