📋 Description

• Service new customer opportunities generated by Homeward • Own the agent and customer experience and keep transaction parties confident and informed • Engage leads, build and maintain referral relationships, and convert clients • Manage a pipeline of homebuyers and agents • Deliver a high-quality mortgage experience with excellent service • Coordinate the transaction team and communicate timely status updates to internal teams, agent partners, and homebuyers • Originate agency conforming, FHA, VA, and jumbo residential mortgage loans • Quote interest rates and structure or restructure loans • Collaborate with internal teams to solve challenging underwriting scenarios • Collaborate with the growth team to make Homeward Mortgage the preferred home finance provider for top agents

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience originating FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and Non-Conforming (Jumbo) mortgages • Expert knowledge of Desktop Underwriter (DU) and purchase mortgages • Superior customer services skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong phone sales skills • Strong time-management and project management skills • Sales mentality and drive to grow your business and relationships • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high production environment • The initiative to build something new • NMLS licensed held in one or more of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
