📋 Description

• Provide consistent customer communication using the 1, 2, 3 call process: Introductory Call, Scheduled Confirmation, Close out call • Manage a high-volume of cases • Maintain case close time, meeting company targets • Drive a superior customer experience: Act as the sole point of contact to the customer • Update new/changed customer information in the system • Provide project expectations to the customer • Communicate with the scheduling team to ensure installs and callbacks are completed promptly • Respond professionally and in a timely manner to customer calls and emails • Assist customers with submitting Mass Save Rebates via the Mass Save website • Initiate and collect project payments for customer accounts • Perform additional tasks as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred • Proficiency working with MS Office • Proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce • Customer focused • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Time Management skills • Problem solving ability • Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
