📋 Description
• Collaborates with leadership, SMEs, and Instructional Designers on course development • Provides design support for effective learning environments • Consults with leadership on course goals and strategies • Conducts training sessions for faculty on assessment strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of five years of experience as a nurse • Master's of Science in Nursing or related field required • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of OH required • CNE certification preferred • Knowledge of the various State Boards of Nursing approval • Knowledge of NCSBN testing guidelines, expectations • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a team environment
