📋 Description

• Monitor, maintain, and drive execution of the Network Engineering department’s priority list, ensuring initiatives stay on track and roadblocks are surfaced early. • Serve as a primary point of contact for communication and follow-up with other departments, keeping cross-functional work aligned and moving. • Own project management for corporate goals tied to Network Engineering, tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables. • Manage the engineering ticketing queue, including oversight of staffing levels and performance across the queue. • Communicate directly with building stakeholders (building owners, property managers) and internal team members regarding network performance improvements, outages, and ongoing issues. • Act as a liaison between engineering leadership and other parts of the organization to ensure consistent, timely, and information flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Exceptional work ethic with a strong sense of ownership—you take initiative, follow through, and care about delivering high-quality work. • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a willingness to learn technical concepts quickly. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders (e.g., building owners/stakeholders). • Experience in telecommunications, ISP, networking, project management, or technical operations is a plus, but not required.
