📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to drive alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery of high-quality increments • Serve as an agile coach and trusted advisor to teams and stakeholders by embedding agile principles, fostering self-organization, and promoting continuous learning • Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring work is clearly defined, value-driven, and aligned to business objectives • Track and report on team performance metrics including velocity and delivery outcomes • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable follow-ups • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture • Support the adoption and scaling of agile practices across multiple teams and programs, contributing to organizational agile maturity and consistency • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders • Mentor junior team members • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline • 7+ years of experience in agile delivery roles, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master • Experience supporting engineering, data, or product teams • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks • Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams or complex programs • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Experience in healthcare or value-based care environments preferred
