📋 Description

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes for our application development team(s) • Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices • Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions • Resolve team impediments both internally and externally • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality solutions on time • Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles • Champion Agile principles across our IT organization as part of our Agile transformation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in a Scrum Master role • Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) • Knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices • Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Agile Scrum techniques • Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps with a preference for Jira • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to lead and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Kanban certification and/or SAFe certification (Nice-to-Haves)
