📋 Description

• Answer calls from patients, labs, and pharmacies • Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments • Schedule appointments • Assist patients via live chat on Honeydew’s website • Provide information and address concerns about treatments, appointments, and general inquiries • Provide exceptional customer service to incoming callers • Develop a deep understanding of Honeydew’s products and services • Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when necessary • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure • Proficiency in basic computer skills • Authorization to work for any employer in the US without restriction • Availability for Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST • Access to a good Wi-Fi connection, phone, and laptop or iPad
