📋 Description

• Support on-site car washes through preventative maintenance and calibration of chemical dispensing systems • Inspect and test chemical application systems and wash equipment • Troubleshoot issues and make repairs or adjustments • Manage multiple customer sites across the assigned geography • Train customers in proper operation of chemicals and equipment • Perform equipment repair and maintenance, replacement installations, chemical testing, and inventory management • Complete reports regarding onsite inspections and notify site and corporate leaders about issues or corrective actions • Resolve customer technical challenges and assist with process improvements • Communicate with customers, team members, and cross-functional support employees by phone, virtually, and face to face • Travel to assigned customer sites to provide service • Maintain safe work and vehicle-driving habits

🎯 Requirements

• Live in the greater Houston, TX area • 2+ years Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial experience preferred • Mechanical aptitude in electrical and pipefitting preferred • Ability to work remotely on installations for up to 2 weeks • Ability to work overtime including evenings and weekends • Strong time management skills with attention to detail • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage shifting priorities/change in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in performing technical/mechanical on-site maintenance and testing • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as on a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to travel up to 30% including some overnight travel • Candidates should currently live in the Baton Rouge, LA region
