📋 Description

• Verify coverage and investigate liability, damages, and claim circumstances for assigned total loss claims. • Investigate complex losses, including multi-vehicle accidents, and determine appropriate claim handling strategies. • Evaluate claims to determine settlement value while adhering to company best claim practices and regulatory requirements. • Independently manage a dedicated inventory of total loss claims from initial assignment through final settlement. • Negotiate fair claim settlements while balancing customer satisfaction and sound business practices. • Provide proactive, timely communication to customers, claimants, lienholders, agents, and other involved parties.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of prior claims handling experience, preferably in auto claims. • Ability to independently manage a claims inventory while making sound claims decisions. • Strong understanding of insurance coverage, liability investigations, and claim settlement practices. • Ability to obtain and maintain all required state adjuster licenses. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
