📋 Description

• Manage Administrative Referral cases from initial intake through completion, including documentation and follow-up. • Conduct telephonic triage and assessments related to behavioral health, substance use, relationship and work-life concerns. • Provide members with immediate support, coaching and training based on identified needs. • Coordinate referrals to network providers and complete session authorizations. • Connect members with financial, legal, personal assistance and work-life resources. • Consult with Human Resources professionals and supervisory personnel regarding employee concerns and applicable HR practices and policies. • Make clinical determinations in accordance with company risk policies and member and organization interests. • Maintain timely, accurate and professional case-management documentation. • Research appropriate services, providers and resources. • Support colleagues with case management, case completion and follow-up. • Maintain knowledge of industry practices, ethical standards and applicable licensure requirements. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or another behavioral health-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional Human Resources experience. • At least five years of experience in Employee Assistance Program counseling, clinical behavioral health or a professional Human Resources role. • Strong assessment, triage, immediate-support, research and case management capabilities. • Knowledge of general Human Resources standards and practices. • Knowledge of behavioral health conditions and appropriate levels-of-care recommendations. • Understanding of HIPAA requirements and appropriate handling of PHI. • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and other Windows-based programs and applications. • Strong communication, consultation, organization, judgment and documentation skills.
