📋 Description

• Design and develop a tiered developer training program with builder tiers and trigger-based modules covering AI/LLM use, sensitive data handling, privileged access, third-party integrations, and business ownership • Document the risk overlay framework and practitioner-facing guidance • Build the solution intake and classification process • Establish the ongoing compliance model for training completion, access gating, and attestation renewal • Document development tooling standards and permitted integration catalogs • Provide technical assistance to developers across IT and the business • Serve as the first point of contact for process or tooling questions; triage, resolve, or route issues • Conduct training sessions, maintain training content, and track completion against access requirements • Execute and maintain solution intake, developer tools, approved packages, and attestation processes • Collaborate with Security, Architecture, Governance, and Data teams • Identify support-request patterns to improve training content, documentation, and tooling defaults

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with modern software development practices: Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred), package management, secrets management, and deployment fundamentals • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of experience • Experience designing or delivering technical training, documentation, or enablement programs • Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms; experience with Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar is a plus • 3–5 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, software development, or a related field • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Git, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development tools • Experience developing and delivering technical training or enablement content • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify and document issues, risks, and dependencies
