📋 Description
• Assesses patient's behavioral health clinical need against established guidelines • Evaluates the necessity, appropriateness, and efficiency of behavioral health medical services • Coordinates and assists in the implementation of plans for members • Monitors and coordinates services rendered outside of the network • Advocates for the member/family among various sites • Documents accurately and comprehensively based on the standards of practice • Evaluates care by problem solving and participating in quality improvement programs
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED required • Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree • Requires a minimum of two (2) years behavioral health clinical experience • Active Unrestricted NJ LCSW, LMFT, LPC or RN License • Prefers proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes • Prefers working knowledge of case/care management principles • Prefers basic knowledge of health care contracts and benefit eligibility requirements • Analytical skills • Interpersonal & Client Relationship Skills • Time Management skills
