📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day activities associated with retail customer orders and retailer relationships • Understand customer demand flows, including replenishment, promotions, and line resets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands • Interface with retail partners and provide order updates • Research discrepancies between customer purchase orders and Apprise ERP data and determine corrective actions • Review inbound EDI orders for accuracy and completeness • Review and accurately enter non-EDI customer purchase orders into the system • Work with production and planning on inventory issues and supply shortfalls • Develop action plans with Sales and Planning when customer demand cannot be met • Modify orders with the Sales team to reflect shippable products • Collaborate with distribution center teams on shipment-process order issues • Assess the impact of customer routing-guide changes on order and shipment processing • Notify departments of relevant changes and follow up on timely resolution • Communicate with Sales, Finance, and IT regarding new account status • Chair domestic kick-off meetings for newly onboarded customers

🎯 Requirements

• Previous wholesale experience partnering with major retail accounts • Knowledge of major retailers’ websites/systems • Ability to organize and multitask • Working knowledge of ERP systems preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
