📋 Description

• Define the vision for the product design function and align it with the company’s mission and objectives • Lead and scale a high-performing design organization • Mentor and develop design leaders and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and growth • Oversee design strategies that drive innovation, enhance user experience, and deliver measurable business results • Collaborate with executive leadership and product management, engineering, and marketing teams • Integrate design throughout the product development process • Champion design thinking and user-centered product development • Establish KPIs to monitor design initiatives and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes • Drive development and scaling of a generative design system • Identify new design processes, tools, and technologies that enhance competitive advantage

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product design, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing large design teams • Experience working with SaaS / Fintech platforms • Track record of integrating AI and emerging technologies into organizational strategy and operations to accelerate innovation and scale • Experience successfully leading design teams in developing innovative, customer-focused products at scale • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and design systems • Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and drive business growth • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow a high-performance design team • Strong communication and influence, with the ability to advocate for design at the executive level and drive cross-functional collaboration • Strategic thinking balancing visionary design leadership with operational efficiency and execution • Deep understanding of design metrics and data-driven decision-making • Understanding and personal mastery of how designers use AI successfully in the agentic development process
