📋 Description

• Lead project planning, strategy, and execution for enterprise initiatives. • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, track milestones and deliverables. • Build and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) . • Facilitate effective meetings and workshops; ensure decisions, actions, and owners are captured and tracked. • Serve as the conduit between business stakeholders (internal/external) and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. • Recent experience (within the last two years) in health insurance/managed care or third-party administration environments. • Minimum 4 years of hands-on project leadership (IT and/or business) across the full lifecycle. • Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Planner, or similar PM/BA toolsets.
