📋 Description

• Serve as the primary coordinator of project documentation • Manage project budgets • Study contract documents in depth • Create and maintain tracking logs for submittals • Confirm all materials comply with drawings and specifications • Administer quality control throughout construction • Maintain complete communication records with architects • Own the full project close-out process • Generate work plans, safety plans, and stormwater pollution prevention plans • Document jobsite progress with regular photo documentation and written reports • Develop and maintain project schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Construction industry experience • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project • A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience in commercial construction • Desired credentials (not required): PMP, CCM, QCIS, OSHA 30, and/or similar professional certifications are a bonus.
