📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements • Gather requirements from business leaders, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders • Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other tools • Conduct testing and validation of Salesforce solutions • Create and maintain solution documentation, including design specifications, technical architecture, and user guides • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators • Formulate and present viable solution options to stakeholders • Perform hands-on application configuration to meet customer needs • Assume end-to-end functional responsibility for enterprise-level solution implementation from requirements gathering through release

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and features • Salesforce Certified Administration required • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator required • Salesforce Certified Platform Architect preferred • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I preferred • Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant and Agentforce Specialist highly desirable • Proven leadership abilities and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and influencing decisions • Understanding of viable solution options and industry best practices • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools • Experience with integration tools and techniques • Ability to perform hands-on Salesforce application configuration where required • End-to-end functional responsibility for enterprise-level solution implementation • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management • Bachelor's Degree • 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Successful completion of required background checks • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Penn State does not sponsor or take over sponsorship of a staff employment Visa
