Hublead is a SaaS Chrome extension that integrates LinkedIn with HubSpot to remove manual CRM work for sales teams. It lets reps add prospects, sync conversations, enrich contacts with accurate emails and phone numbers, and trigger HubSpot automations directly from LinkedIn while preventing duplicates and keeping CRM data clean. Hublead is targeted at B2B sales and RevOps teams who need faster prospecting, visibility into LinkedIn activity, and reliable, automation-ready contact data.

📋 Description

• Manage our customer inbox (email + chat) • Answer product questions clearly and promptly • Redirect sales or training requests to the right person on our team • Gather detailed information for bug reports, reproduce the issue, and prepare summaries for tech team • Document recurring questions and help improve knowledge base / FAQs

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written communication in English • Good oral English skills • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or other CRM tools) • Experience in customer support (SaaS or tech environment preferred) • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup • Bonus: experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or sales tools • Availability between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM Paris time (GMT+2)
