📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design of the meeting execution experience for HubSpot’s Sales and Customer Success representatives • Work with representatives, managers, and cross-functional partners to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities • Partner with Sales and Customer Success business leadership to translate business strategy and go-to-market priorities into product experiences • Design agentic-first experiences that reduce friction and prepare representatives for customer conversations • Contribute to shared design language and scalable patterns across representative types and workflows • Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive, high-quality product experiences • Partner with the Product Manager and Engineering triad to move from insights to shipped product

🎯 Requirements

• Mid- to senior-level product design experience with a track record of owning complex workflows end-to-end • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive clarity through strong craft and structured thinking • Experience designing enterprise workflows or internal tooling, or strong desire to develop expertise in that space • Curiosity about AI and agentic systems • Strong collaboration and communication skills across a cross-functional product team • User-first approach with a track record of independently conducting research to inform design decisions • Growth mindset; curious, experimental, and adaptable • Strong concept visualization and prototyping skills, from presentation decks to high-fidelity prototypes • Comfort operating across multiple stakeholders, incentives, and nonlinear problems • Ability to tell clear, compelling stories that build alignment across teams • Comfort engaging with business and product stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Success leadership • Systems thinking at a workflow level • Comfort with AI-native design and agentic-first experiences • Strong research instincts and proactive access to users • High craft standards emphasizing polish and usability
