📋 Description

• Lead Integrated Design Management efforts across multiple projects or buildings within a campus or region • Drive early alignment on critical systems, design assumptions, and high-cost scope elements • Maintain accountability of third-party design teams for design quality, schedule adherence, and decision readiness • Lead structured design reviews, decision-focused coordination meetings, and technical alignment discussions • Ensure consistent application of design gating and internal ADC project requirements, including CDE, CCL, technical bulletins, and risk tracking • Coordinate project risk registers from land enablement through turnover to Operations • Partner with Senior Construction Managers on construction sequencing, constructability, and execution needs • Support standardized design durations, milestones, and performance metrics • Mentor and provide functional and technical guidance to Integrated Design Managers and Associate Integrated Design Managers • Assist with project dashboards, quarterly updates, and leadership communications • Support customer interface activities during fit-out design and technical integration • Contribute to continuous improvement, KPI development, and refinement of IDM tools, workflows, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent • 9 or more years of experience managing complex commercial or mission-critical design programs • Strong data center or other technical industry design and construction background • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and mentor junior team members • Deep understanding of design coordination, system integration, cost drivers, and constructability • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Smartsheets, and design management platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel out of home market up to 25 percent; time on site varies by project need
