• Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for headcount planning, quota planning, revenue forecasting, and ROI analysis • Lead model-building efforts end-to-end from requirements gathering to ongoing support • Partner with business model owners and analytics teams to translate planning needs into scalable solutions • Improve existing models focusing on performance, usability, auditability, and governance • Build and enhance data integrations between Anaplan and other business systems • Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to reduce future risks • Use Hex and AI-assisted workflows to improve analysis and overall team productivity • Serve as a senior technical partner to stakeholders by providing updates and creating clear documentation
• Certified Anaplan Model Builder with 2+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience • 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations, finance, planning systems, analytics, or a related field • Experience owning or leading development for planning, forecasting, reporting, or operational processes • Strong understanding of Anaplan model design, data flows, user access, testing, and deployment best practices • Experience with inbound and outbound data integrations between business systems • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and foundational SQL knowledge • Comfort with modern analytics and automation tools and willingness to incorporate AI • Ability to develop practical solutions to ambiguous problems in a fast-paced SaaS environment • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission, and annual bonus targets • Eligible for HubSpot’s equity plan for restricted stock units (RSUs) • Some roles may be eligible for overtime pay • Tailored individual compensation packages based on skills and experience
