📋 Description

• Implement and iterate on the creative vision for The Science of Scaling format. • Appear as on-camera talent and develop new opportunities for the channel. • Set high standards for production quality, allocating production resources, and working with the team to develop compelling episode editorial. • Constantly test, learn, and iterate on winning content strategies—whether through new series segments, distribution approaches, or featured guests. • Work closely with the Supervising Producer to drive show growth and optimize content performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating successful video content with demonstrated audience growth. • Strong on-camera presence and communication skills essential. • Passion for business scaling topics and ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content. • Deep understanding of video storytelling and content optimization. • Exceptional collaboration, organization, and leadership abilities. • Data-driven approach to content strategy, using metrics to inform creative decisions. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding audience growth targets. • Flexible mindset with willingness to adapt based on audience feedback and performance data.
