📋 Description
• Responsible for helping the accounting team close the books on a monthly basis • Report timely and accurate financial results • Involved in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives • Use approved AI tools for core accounting workflows • Prepare journal entries and reconcile account balances • Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual balance sheet and P&L flux analyses
🎯 Requirements
• 0–2+ years of relevant accounting experience • Proficiency in Excel is required • Familiarity with NetSuite, FloQast and Coupa a plus • Strong AI project experience or relevant coursework • Ability to work independently and identify process improvements
