📋 Description

• Lead business intelligence tools, technologies, applications, and practices for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and presenting organizational data • Focus on Fraud, Waste, and Abuse detection and payment prevention efforts • Lead internal and enterprise improvement projects involving operational improvements, AI integration, automation, platform implementation, and KPI/reporting improvements • Analyze data to solve business problems and create visualizations that drive strategic direction • Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements between business, project management, and technical projects or programs • Communicate with senior and executive leadership • Participate in the HireVue prescreen and recorded Voice, Text Messaging, and/or Video interview process if selected • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree • Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis, including enhancing relational data sets for reporting and analytics • Minimum 2 years of project leadership experience • Experience with Fraud, Waste, and Abuse in either the healthcare or banking industry • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations • Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems • Experience creating data visualizations that drive strategic direction • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management, and technical projects or programs • Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data • Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Advanced degree preferred • Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, and other data systems preferred • Experience with Tableau and Qlik preferred • Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling preferred • Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors preferred
