📋 Description

• Solve complex business problems using data from various data sources to provide insight to decision-makers. • Lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. • Analyze complex business problems to identify trends and actionable insights. • Translate business requirements into scalable Business Intelligence solutions. • Partner with executive leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven recommendations. • Develop and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. • 8 or more years of technical experience using Power BI and SQL. • 1 or more years of technical experience using Power Automate. • 2 or more years of project leadership experience. • Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations. • Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs. • Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data. • Experience presenting to senior and executive leadership.
