📋 Description

• Support the Case Management Modernization Program for the Administrative Office of the US Courts • Deliver integrated data governance, engineering, data platform, reporting, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities • Design end-to-end BI and data architecture • Develop and integrate configurable dashboards, self-service reporting, and predictive analytics • Architect interactive dashboards and visualizations • Coordinate data replication and feeds for downstream stakeholders and external systems • Monitor system performance to ensure at least 95% of analytical queries meet monthly SLA response times, including dashboard load times of five seconds or less • Drive user adoption of dashboards and reporting tools • Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and UX designers • Translate business requirements and KPIs into technical designs and actionable insights • Build and enhance dashboards and reports in approved BI tools • Implement and validate SQL logic, calculations, and metric definitions • Coordinate with Data Engineering to resolve upstream data issues and curate reporting data • Apply visualization standards and documentation • Ensure reporting artifacts comply with privacy, access control, and data handling requirements • Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices • Improve BI platforms through performance tuning, automation, metadata management, predictive analytics, and self-service BI • Support architecture design documents, governance artifacts, data lineage, and metadata catalog processes • Support AI/ML solution architecture, design, and implementation under government compliance standards • Maintain an AI/ML Capability Register covering proposed, reviewed, approved, and rejected capabilities • Support responsible AI/ML practices aligned with federal requirements, including transparency, risk mitigation, fairness, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• MA/MS degree with 10+ years of general experience in information systems and 8+ years of specialized experience • Experience may be considered in lieu of degree: HS with 16+ years, AA/AS with 14+ years, BA/BS with 12+ years, or Doctorate Degree/Ph.D. with 9+ years • Expertise in Python, SQL, and data transformations supporting large-scale analytical data systems • Strong hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or AWS QuickSight • Advanced SQL skills • Experience with analytical data models and semantic layers • Experience delivering reporting in regulated or high-sensitivity data environments • Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills • Ability to work with high-level customer stakeholders and build customer relationships • Experience identifying and applying industry tools, solutions, methods, best practices, and emerging technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for improvement • Ability to work effectively, independently, and as part of a team • US citizenship is not required • Preferred certifications include Data Visualization and Data Story Telling, Tableau Certified Data Analyst, Tableau Desktop Specialist, Power BI Data Analyst, Story Telling with Data, CDMP, Snowflake SnowPro Core, Databricks Certified Data Professional, AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, and AWS Certified Data Engineer
