📋 Description
• Oversee financial operations of the pharmacy business • Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and operational data • Identify key business and financial trends • Develop action plans for performance management • Lead financial discussions across the pharmacy ecosystem • Partner with operational, accounting, and revenue cycle functions
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive and progressive experience in corporate finance, strategy, M&A, consulting, and/or accounting • Proven track record of streamlining operations and leading through organizational change • Strong leadership with demonstrated success in building and elevating team capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required • MBA and relevant healthcare experience preferred
