📋 Description

• Oversee the financial operations of CenterWell Pharmacy • Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and operational data for strategic and operational decision-making • Identify business and financial trends and develop action plans for performance, cost management, and efficiency • Establish relationships with operational executives and senior leaders • Analyze financial information and KPIs supporting organic initiatives, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments • Lead financial discussions and analysis across the pharmacy business and broader pharmacy ecosystem • Forecast, compile, and analyze business data • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages to senior management • Develop operational and capital budgets, in-year forecasts, and long-term financial plans • Track performance against approved budgets and forecasts • Produce KPI and balanced scorecard reporting with performance improvement recommendations • Drive value-added, business-building, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives • Apply finance practices and tools across reporting, forecasting, accounting, revenue cycle management, and related functions • Enable technology across finance processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and insight generation • Oversee accounting and statistical reporting functions and maintain internal controls and asset safeguards • Oversee billing and collections activities, monitor bad debt ratios, and implement improvement initiatives • Review accounting outputs and processes for financial stewardship and reporting quality • Support enterprise planning and investment trade-off discussions • Build cross-functional relationships with operational leaders, finance partners, accounting teams, and stakeholders • Lead and develop a high-performing finance organization • Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and manage team members • Build organizational capability and elevate team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in corporate finance, strategy, M&A, consulting, and/or accounting • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred, particularly in pharmacy, PBM, healthcare services, or related sectors • Familiarity with highly dynamic, matrixed organizations • Best-in-class financial accounting and data analysis skills • Ability to build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple workstreams across a wide variety of functions • Demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor • Ability to approach the business with bottom-up rigor while aligning with top-down strategies and execution • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive presence • Highly collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required • MBA and relevant healthcare experience preferred • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet service • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
