📋 Description

• Report to an SVP/President • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and gatekeeper to the Enterprise Leadership Team • Ensure alignment of priorities, efficient decision-making, and seamless execution of initiatives and strategic priorities • Manage the SVP/President's agenda and strategic priorities • Collaborate on cross-functional projects • Prepare briefing materials and oversee follow-ups • Support implementation of new or updated programs and large-scale projects • Support technical or operational procedures and processes • Implement strategic plans and drive goals and objectives • Improve performance and provide input into function strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Principal-level Chief of Staff role • In-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment • Ability to ensure alignment of priorities, efficient decision-making, and seamless execution of initiatives and strategic priorities • Ability to manage the SVP/President's agenda and strategic priorities • Ability to collaborate on cross-functional projects • Ability to prepare briefing materials and oversee follow-ups • Ability to support implementation of new or updated programs or large-scale projects • Ability to support technical or operational procedures and processes • Ability to implement strategic plans, drive goals and objectives, and improve performance • Ability to provide input into function strategy • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Willingness to travel approximately 30% and occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings
