📋 Description

• Own accountability, KPIs, deadlines, and commitments across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Operations, Retention, and Finance • Build the process map of the entire business, including role definitions, responsibilities, SOPs, trackers, reporting structures, and performance criteria • Triage work flowing to the CEO by handling, routing, automating, or eliminating it • Own high-leverage growth initiatives, channel tests, vendor negotiations, and systems builds end to end • Scope projects, coordinate or hire needed resources, and report meaningful progress in weekly check-ins • Capture decisions and action items from calls, Slack, and WhatsApp; assign owners and deadlines and follow up to completion • Fully manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, meeting preparation, and follow-up • Give direct feedback, flag underperformance early, and help managers hold their teams accountable • Report directly to the CEO and influence operations across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to learn fast and independently • Ability to reason through complex business problems and handle people effectively • Genuine humility and willingness to receive direct feedback • Willingness to do the work yourself; delegating without hands-on execution is a disqualifier • Comfort with ambiguity and total ownership • Ability to give and receive blunt feedback without taking it personally or politically • Minimum 50-hour workweek with frequent nights and weekends • Availability during US Eastern hours within the 9:00 AM–12:00 AM ET window • Excellent written and spoken English • Nice-to-have: Track record of excellence in a competitive environment • Nice-to-have: E-commerce experience, especially D2C, Amazon, or TikTok Shop • Nice-to-have: Subscription or retention business experience • Nice-to-have: Prior Chief of Staff, founder's associate, consulting, or investment banking background • Nice-to-have: Experience building SOPs, process documentation, or operating cadences from scratch • Nice-to-have: Experience managing agencies and offshore contractors
