📋 Description

• Manage the workflow of the Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment teams • Bring organization and continuously improve team efficiencies • Develop expertise in Enterprise Deployment team members’ strengths and staff them thoughtfully on projects • Track team-member performance and gather feedback from leads and collaborators • Coordinate recruitment and hiring with the internal Talent team • Own onboarding and ensure new hires are equipped from Day 1 • Coordinate team meetings, including agendas, meeting leads, and presentation slides • Track Enterprise Deployment OKRs and provide regular progress updates • Plan team co-locations to strengthen partnerships and collaboration • Liaise between Enterprise Deployment and other parts of the organisation • Provide trusted advice and maintain a holistic view of the Enterprise Deployment team

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work closely with the Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment leads • Ability to manage team workflow and understand team members’ skills and strengths • Ability to staff projects based on geography, priorities, capacity, and skills • Ability to track team-member performance and engage with leads and collaborators • Ability to coordinate recruitment and hiring with the internal Talent team • Ability to own and manage onboarding processes • Ability to prepare and coordinate effective team meetings • Ability to track OKRs and identify issues or coverage gaps • Ability to plan team co-locations across a globally distributed team • Ability to act as liaison between the deployment team and other parts of the organisation
