📋 Description

• Identify and size new growth opportunities based on market understanding, competitive position, and Arcadia’s assets and talent • Build business cases covering market sizing, financial rationale, resourcing needs, and risks • Partner with Thought Leadership, Value Enablement, Product, Clinical, Partnerships, and domain SMEs to shape initiatives • Develop go-to-market positioning and competitive differentiation • Translate business cases into execution plans and drive cross-functional workstreams toward traction • Define success criteria and track progress • Build and refresh competitive intelligence using win/loss data, market research, analyst commentary, and field input • Improve discovery-to-proposal velocity, solution credibility, and RFP quality with Value Enablement and Solutions Consulting • Partner with Actuary on financial modeling, risk quantification, and ROI frameworks • Facilitate alignment meetings, track strategic commercial projects, and remove blockers • Bring commercial progress, risks, and executive decisions into board and executive committee discussions • Run the weekly Executive Committee Operating Rhythm, including agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-through • Support board meeting preparation and coherent commercial, product, and financial narratives • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and resolve stalled initiatives • Take on special projects with the executive team

🎯 Requirements

• Seven or more years in healthcare GTM strategy, strategy consulting, or a commercial leadership role • Deep fluency in the payer or provider landscape, including value-based care, population health, risk adjustment, quality and Stars • Demonstrated experience taking a growth idea from concept to traction in a B2B healthcare context • Experience partnering with executives or a board on operating rhythms, meeting preparation, cross-functional tracking, and strategic follow-through • Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, clinical, finance, sales, and executive stakeholders • Comfort working in ambiguity and structuring undefined problems • Excellent written and verbal communication for executive, board, and buyer audiences • Preferred: experience with data and analytics platforms sold to payers, ACOs, or risk-bearing organizations • Preferred: familiarity with self-funded employers, risk-bearing entities, or adjacent healthcare services organizations • Preferred: prior chief of staff or strategy-and-operations experience partnering with a CEO or executive committee
