📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with governmental requirements • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures • Research compliance issues and recommend changes to assure compliance with contract obligations • Maintain relationships with government agencies • Coordinate site visits for regulators • Coordinate implementation of compliance with corrective action plans as needed • Interpret varied work assignments and independently determine appropriate courses of action • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives • Make decisions regarding own work methods with minimal direction and guidance where needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Up to five (5) years of technical experience • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and meet deadlines • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Strong attention to detail • Self-provided internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required
