📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with governmental requirements • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures • Research compliance issues and recommend changes to assure compliance with contract obligations • Maintain relationships with government agencies • Coordinate site visits for regulators • Coordinate implementation and compliance with corrective action plans as needed • Interpret department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives • Make decisions regarding own work methods in occasionally ambiguous situations • Follow established guidelines and procedures • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Up to five (5) years of technical experience • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and meet deadlines • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Strong attention to detail • Compliance regulations experience preferred • Analytical experience preferred • Experience running queries and ad hoc reports in Access and/or SQL preferred • Graduate degree preferred • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for self-provided internet service • Work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
