📋 Description

• Conduct routine and moderately complex compliance investigations following established procedures • Issue corrective actions based on investigation results • Collect documentation, conduct interviews, and summarize investigative findings • Maintain complete and accurate investigation files and case documentation • Escalate high-risk or complex issues to senior compliance leadership • Support corrective action planning and follow-up activities • Perform QA reviews of investigations, monitoring activities, and compliance documentation • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and procedural gaps • Document QA outcomes and assist with trend analysis and reporting • Track corrective actions and validate closure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 2 to 5 years of compliance, investigations, audit, or regulatory experience • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and meet deadlines • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Strong attention to detail • Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish) • Preferred: Compliance regulations experience • Preferred: Prior sales agent experience • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet • Work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
