📋 Description

• Independently manage compliance processes for healthcare professionals across multiple clients • Own compliance files from initiation through completion, ensuring requirements are met before assignment start dates • Review, verify, and maintain licenses, certifications, background checks, and health records • Ensure compliance files meet regulatory, accreditation, and client-specific standards • Manage workflows, deadlines, deliverables, expirations, outstanding requirements, and time-sensitive compliance items • Drive completion through follow-up and coordination; identify and escalate risks or delays • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external compliance communications • Partner with staffing agencies, vendors, and client contacts to complete compliance items • Maintain accurate records in VMS, ATS, and compliance systems • Track compliance progress, documentation, and status; ensure data integrity and audit readiness • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, and client-specific standards • Support internal and external audits • Manage varying client, MSP, and program-specific compliance requirements • Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement • Collaborate on execution, quality, throughput, and compliance initiatives • Build proficiency in compliance systems and deepen knowledge of regulations, client expectations, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare staffing compliance • Demonstrated experience managing compliance workflows or processes independently • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission, HIPAA, and OSHA • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience working with VMS, ATS, or compliance systems • Experience managing high-volume compliance files across multiple clients • Experience supporting audits or maintaining audit-ready documentation • Experience working with external vendors and client stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to utilize AI-enabled tools to support workflow efficiency, documentation, and tracking • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to remain stationary for approximately 50% of the workday • Ability to learn and apply new tasks and procedures • Ability to maintain attention and complete work independently • Ability to make timely workflow-related decisions • Ability to meet productivity and/or time-based performance expectations
