📋 Description

• Oversee enrollment, education, engagement, and activation duties for client groups across segments and applicable products • Perform moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments • Perform computations • Understand benefit offerings to ensure enrollment success • Identify member education opportunities to maximize utilization of available resources • Direct clients in using available resources • Interpret department policies and methods for completing assignments • Prioritize and schedule work within defined expectations and quality standards • Work with minimal direction while exercising independent discretion

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service experience in a telephonic-based environment • Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical difficulties in a remote environment • Ability to attend all training Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern • Ability to work a 40-hour week between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection suggested; satellite, cellular, and microwave connections require leadership approval • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Preferred: 1+ year of experience assisting members in a high-volume call center environment • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree • Preferred: Sales experience • Preferred: Bilingual, fluent in spoken and written Spanish
