📋 Description

• Lead and transform Humana's new member onboarding experiences • Set the strategic vision for the reimagined onboarding experience • Partner with Enterprise Growth, Marketing, Digital, Call Centers, Stars, and other cross-functional teams • Maintain alignment among program strategy, measurement plans, consumer research priorities, and execution partners • Ensure workstreams stay aligned, on track, and focused on member and business outcomes • Engage executive stakeholders and prepare highly visible executive forums • Showcase progress and impact across strategic opportunities • Escalate roadblocks, gather commitments, and reconcile input • Serve as a strategic product manager for Humana's onboarding transformation program • Hypothesize and analyze new pilots and opportunities • Develop member personas and segmentation strategies • Create onboarding measurement strategies, KPIs, pilot evaluation criteria, and executive reporting • Identify and size opportunities, including determining NPV with finance partners • Translate the onboarding vision into cohesive plans with milestones and accountability • Increase the Enterprise Onboarding Program's visibility and credibility with executives • Support executive communications, updates, readouts, reporting, and escalations • Maintain momentum, resolve blockers, and manage dependencies with workstream leads • Bring structure, clarity, and urgency to complex challenges while focusing on member outcomes • Advocate for member needs and discuss difficult topics persuasively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience creating program or product strategy • Strong understanding of customer journey design and management, persona development, experience transformation, and onboarding best practices • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior business leaders and influence enterprise decision-making • Proven success delivering large, multi-workstream programs in healthcare or similarly complex environments • Experience across people, processes, and technology domains • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Experience developing presentations and presenting to executive and board-level audiences • Ability to distill strategic goals into actionable, measurable execution plans • Expertise in program acceleration, risk mitigation, and managing cross-functional interdependencies • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience transforming data into actionable insights, including Microsoft Excel • Highly collaborative and adaptable; able to lead through ambiguity in a dynamic environment • Home internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
