📋 Description

• Carry out procedures to ensure information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements • Perform and lead software tests to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects • Create test data for applications • Document and resolve complex problems • Report progress on problem resolution to management • Devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations • Act as an information resource about assigned areas to technical writers • Perform complex workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements • Implement new or updated programs and large-scale projects for the function • Support technical and operational procedures and processes • Implement strategic plans and drive goals and objectives • Improve performance and provide input into function strategy • Lead and develop a team of associates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field • Extensive experience in the information technology field • Demonstrated success in leading and developing a team of associates • Expertise in software testing methodologies • Record of success in leading quality improvement initiatives • Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) designation • Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences • Master's Degree in a technology field preferred • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home or hybrid home/office work • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
