📋 Description

• Provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities • Provide business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company • Lead initiatives analyzing complex business problems using internal and external data • Identify and coordinate subject matter expertise for multifunctional analysis and recommendations • Ensure policies and procedures align with corporate vision • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function • Implement strategic plans, drive goals and objectives, and improve performance • Lead development, design, and execution of Humana’s Wellness Rewards and Loyalty Strategy • Oversee innovative, member-centric reward programs, engagement models, benefits, incentives, and partnerships • Identify market trends and best practices and translate insights into differentiated program strategies • Develop scalable reward structures aligned with member needs and enterprise objectives • Champion a loyalty- and rewards-centric engagement mindset across the organization • Establish ongoing measurement, optimization, and performance management • Align Wellness, Marketing, Digital, Product, Clinical, and Operations stakeholders • Provide thought leadership, strategic guidance, and operational support to accelerate innovation and execution • Position Humana as an industry leader in wellness engagement, rewards, and loyalty program design

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 8 or more years of technical experience, including reward and/or loyalty program experience in health care, financial services, travel, or hospitality • 5 or more years of management experience • Experience with the economics of reward programs, including liability, expense, and ROI contribution • Solid understanding of metrics for measuring and managing customer loyalty and retention • Experience leveraging customer insights to define strategies and target outcomes, including research and journey mapping • Data-driven marketing experience, especially driving engagement, loyalty, and program value • Experience with health insurance sales, market, and provider interactions • Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences • Excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills • Strong informal influencing skills • Track record of cross-functional work and leading projects without direct authority • Ability to build consensus and alignment across teams and achieve measurable results • Preferred: experience activating Sales, Markets, and Providers to maximize program performance • Preferred: understanding of complex or regulated consumer industries • Preferred: progressive work experience in the health insurance industry • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Preferred: Master’s Degree • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home work • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required
