📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and implement programs influencing providers, members, or market leadership toward value-based relationships and improved quality metrics • Develop Stars programs to drive performance and increase the clinical value of the in-home program • Partner with leaders on program implementation, planning, and improvement • Review and communicate program results by analyzing complex data sets, trends, and insights • Develop functional strategies to drive Stars performance • Guide and direct external vendors and internal partners • Provide strategic leadership and collaboration supporting Stars and Pharmacy operations • Collaborate with Humana leaders, external partners, and the in-home team on short- and long-term solutions • Develop and refine frameworks for deliverables, processes, reporting, and performance monitoring • Improve Stars-related program components, including referrals, screenings, member follow-up, HRA, PCP summaries, and visit data • Drive measurable improvements in Stars metrics and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 7 or more years of program management, vendor management and/or strategy experience • Stars experience • Experience presenting to leadership • Strong relationship building skills • Strong analytical skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (desired) • HEDIS experience (desired) • PMP certification is a plus
